spacious room helpful staff quick drive tight spaces noisy heater thin walls
The room was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was very helpful. The location offers a quick drive to Fisherman's Wharf.
The parking lot was USUALLY full at night and the spaces were tight. The room heater made a lot of noise the first night though I found another one. The walls are thin.

a passable stay, but with some hiccups
dirty floor overcrowded pool area
The front desk service was excellent. The staff answered all my questions and were very kind.
The room floor wasn't very clean. The soles of my socks were black. i also found the pool area overcrowded. About 10-15 people were drinking beer in the hot tub. it was too crowded even near closing time, so i skipped it.

convenient stay
large room late checkout
The room was large and included a microwave. The pool area also had a hot tub. the location allowed easy walks to dining and fisherman's wharf. i appreciated the late check out option. It helped a lot.

A coffee machine is available , a nice touch for starting the day. each room includes coffee pods. This allows for easy coffee preparation without leaving the room. i liked this convenience.

the room featured clean linens and a comfortable white comforter. appliances such as the microwave, refrigerator, and keurig coffee machine were functional. the ice machine was very handy. i found the bed comfortable though, the pillows were not great.
